Easybizy is a one-stop-shop for managing a business. The focus was on businesses that have close relationships with their clients, such as a hairdresser or cosmetician, so it was important for us to keep the customer at the center of the design.

We created an easy way for the business to fill out the content, for complete details about their customers. We created an automated process that sends a message to the customer, with all their information pulled from social networks. The system we created is very visual, so that when a business calls a customer, they see all the necessary information (customer details, history, etc.) The system includes a variety of customer management features, including a payment option and inventory management, as well as marketing capabilities so a business can create promotions, send reminders, and stay in personal contact with all their customers.
